All items will be delivered within 90 days after the order is confirmed. All items are subject to production. The estimated delivery time provided in whatsapp, email and any conversation is for customer reference only, the actual delivery date will be subject to the arrangement of factory and delivery company and the actual situation . Indigo Sofa won't be responsible for any delay (especially the delay is caused by Covid, typhoon, social movement), Indigo Sofa will only extend the delivery time without any refund.

所有物品會於確認訂單後90日內送. 所有物品均需生產. 於whatsapp, 電郵及任何對話中的預計運送時間, 只供客戶參考, 實際運送日期會因應工廠及運輸公司的安排及實際情況作準. 如因任何理由而有所延誤, Indigo Sofa不會負責任. 所有延誤(特別是因Covid, 颱風, 社運而產生) , Indigo Sofa 只會順延派送時間, 而不會作任何退款. 

If the item is damaged due to long-distance transportation, Indigo Sofa will only ask the factory to replace the damaged boards/ accessories without refund. All items are not included installation, and all installed items will not be refunded.

Customer should inspect the order when it arrives at your home to make sure that the order is completed and the item(s) are undamaged by their journey.

Indigo Sofa is not responsible for any damage done to your home (walls, carpet, doorways, etc.) while furniture is being delivered.All product images for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

All purchases are final. No refund. No exchange.

All delivery fees are non-refundable. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure furnishings fit through all interior structures and into the desired space.

Customers are entitled to exchange for reasonably loss or damage. We accept product exchange within 1 days after delivery. Indigo Sofa does not carry any warranty or guarantee on any of its products after the 1 days exchange period whether the fault of the customer or the manufacturer. All items are delivered out right after the production. For claiming the exchange of product, please keep all the package which is able to show any damage caused in delivery.

Customer will need to keep original packing and will need to repack in sellable condition. If exchange is required, customer will need to repack the item using the original packing.

If any delay is caused by the Client then the Client will be liable for any additional storage / warehousing / handling such as loading and unloading costs. If delivery is delayed by any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Company, a reasonable extension of time for delivery shall be granted and the Client shall pay such reasonable extra charges as shall have been occasioned by the delay. 

If the Customer fails to accept delivery of the Goods, the delivery company may charge the Customer for any fees incurred in rearranging delivery.  The Supplier reserves the right to amend the specification of the Goods if required by any applicable statutory or regulatory requirements.

No assembly service will be provided. Customers and their assembly guys should have knowldge and be capable of doing furniture assembly themselves. Customers will be liable for any damage / loss caused by inexperience assembly. Any parts are caused in delivery. The factories will only send back the damaged parts, no monetary compensation will be provided. 

Subject to the terms of this contract and any applicable laws, our total liability shall not exceed the total price paid for the purchase of products and/or services under these Terms

We only supply the products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Images of Goods displayed on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. They may not be representative of the actual size of the Goods. It's possible to have 3-9cm discrepancy between actual product and image.  Also, we cannot guarantee that the way your computer displays colours will accurately reflect the colours of the Goods. The product pictures represented onsite are a guideline to what the product is.

For all bed, clients will need to leave 15cm extra length for assembly space.
